We handle free and premium biodatas differently — and we want you to understand both flows completely. Here is a plain-English explanation of what happens to your data, what we store, and why.
Zero data leaves your device. Everything happens locally in your browser.
Your name, family details, horoscope information and all other fields are entered into a form in your browser. This data stays entirely on your device — it is not transmitted to any server at this stage.
When you click 'Preview', our JavaScript code runs entirely in your browser tab. It takes your data, applies the template design, and generates the PDF locally. Nothing is sent to our servers.
The PDF file is saved directly to your device from the browser. At no point does the file pass through our servers. We have no copy of and no access to your biodata content.
When you close or refresh the browser tab, all data is cleared from memory. We do not use local storage to persist your personal biodata details between sessions.
Free biodata result: We have zero access to your data. Always.
Your personal details, family background, and horoscope information exist only in your browser tab and in the PDF file you download to your device. Nothing is transmitted to our servers.

No. We do not store the individual fields you enter into the biodata form (name, family details, horoscope, etc.). For free downloads, all processing is 100% in-browser and nothing is stored. For premium downloads, only the generated PDF file is temporarily stored in Firebase for up to 72 hours for payment recovery — your personal data fields are never stored in any database.
Payment transactions — especially UPI and net banking — can occasionally fail mid-flow due to network issues, bank timeouts, or payment gateway delays. If your payment succeeds but your session drops before the file downloads, you would lose both your money and your biodata. By storing the PDF in Firebase temporarily, we can guarantee delivery via a recovery link even after payment issues. It is a reliability safeguard, not a data collection practice.
Only someone with the unique, secure download link we generate for your order can access your file. The file is not publicly listed or searchable. Firebase Storage rules ensure the file is private. The link expires after 72 hours along with the file itself.
For free downloads: No. Your photo is loaded into your browser's memory and embedded into the PDF locally — it is never uploaded to our server. For premium downloads: the photo is embedded in the PDF before the PDF is stored in Firebase. The photo itself is not stored separately.
We use minimal cookies: Google Analytics for anonymous page view statistics (no personal data), and Razorpay session cookies only during the payment process for premium downloads. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party marketing trackers.
Yes. Premium PDF downloads are processed through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. All payment transactions use SSL/TLS encryption. We never see or store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials — they are handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
We collect: (1) anonymous page view data via Google Analytics — no personal identifiers; (2) for premium orders only: your email address and payment confirmation reference for order delivery; (3) the generated PDF file stored temporarily in Firebase for up to 72 hours.
